The Ledger of Patron Records (Privacy Policy)
A formal decree from the Archivists of Marrow & Tine Independent Printworks.
Who We Are You have entered the “digital” storefront of Marrow & Tine (marrowandtine.com), dispatched directly from the Drakkaran city of New Volundara.
The Taking of Names (Comments & Correspondence) Should you leave a public posting, comment, or missive upon our broadsheets, we must collect the data shown in the form, as well as your ethereal location (IP address) to help our scribes identify spam, scoundrels, and forged identities.
Thaumaturgical Wax Seals (Cookies) If you leave a comment or log into our ledgers, you may opt-in to saving your name and address in “cookies” (temporary magical seals placed upon your browser). These are for your convenience so you do not have to dip your quill and fill in your details again. These seals endure for one year before crumbling.
Who We Share Your Ledgers With We are independent craftsmen. We do not sell, trade, or whisper your personal details to street criers, corporate guilds, or outside merchants. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset missive for security purposes. Visitor comments and storefront interactions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How Long We Guard Your Data If you leave a comment, the text and its metadata are retained indefinitely in our archives so we can recognize follow-up missives automatically. For patrons who register an account to acquire our manuscripts, we store the personal information provided in your user profile.
Your Rights to the Archives If you have an account or have left missives on this site, you may formally request an exported ledger of the personal data we hold about you. You can also demand that we strike your name from our records and erase your personal data entirely. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.
